2020 Companies is hiring a part-time Intel Assisted Sales Promoter to connect with shoppers at a Milwaukee retailer. You will help customers choose the right Intel products and provide interactive, informative experiences.

Training is provided by our team. The role focuses on building rapport with customers, delivering product demonstrations, and supporting the sales process on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 6 months' experience in sales, electronics, retail, telecom, or marketing is preferred.
• Interest in PC and Gaming products is a plus.
• Ability to engage, demonstrate, and ask for the sale.
• Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills are essential.
• Impeccable integrity and a genuine commitment to exceeding customer and retail partner expectations.
• Thrive in a fast-paced team environment.
• I am available to work weekends, Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.
• Own a smartphone.
• Ability to stand, walk around, reach, pick up, bend, grab, up to 20lbs occasionally, with continuous hand/eye coordination and fine manipulation.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships and rapport with Best Buy customers and personnel.
• Provide training to store associates on various Intel products and technologies.
• Identify customers' needs and recommend appropriate Intel computer products and services.
• Proactively engage customers throughout the sales process, from greeting and discovering their needs to closing the sale; utilizing Best Buy POS to transact non-cash sales.
• Track and increase Intel Retail Edge sign-up and engagement.
• Complete same-day online reports to document visits, including providing feedback and observations, and submitting customer and store photos.
• Maintain business communication with the Regional Manager via occasional phone calls, Teams meetings, and/or emails.
• Consistent Weekend Visits: The schedule is primarily Friday, Saturday, and Sunday shifts.
• Additional work shifts may also be required (e.g., Holiday Selling Days)
