2020 Companies is hiring a part-time Intel Assisted Sales Promoter in Austin, TX at Market - INTELRET. This role focuses on connecting with shoppers, recommending Intel products, and delivering an interactive shopping experience.

The position requires weekend availability (Friday–Sunday), strong communication, and a passion for technology. Training is provided, with apparel included and a competitive hourly wage.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required.
• Ability to present product information clearly and persuasively.
• Strong problem-solving and customer-service mindset.
• Sales experience or familiarity with electronics is a plus.
• Experience in retail or telecom environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with Best Buy customers and staff.
• Provide training to store associates on Intel products and technologies.
• Identify customer needs and recommend Intel products and services.
• Engage customers throughout the sales cycle and assist with transactions.
• Track Intel Retail Edge sign-ups and engagement.
• Submit same-day reports with store visits and observations.
• Coordinate with Regional Manager via calls, Teams, or emails.
• Work weekends: Friday, Saturday, Sunday shifts.

2020 Companies is now hiring part-time Intel Assisted Sales Promoters!

Pay: $19 per hour

Schedule: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday required, 24 hours per weekend

Holiday Schedule: Additional shifts added for holidays or key customer shopping days

Job Description:

• Build strong relationships and rapport with Best Buy customers and personnel


• Provide training to store associates on various Intel products and technologies


• Identify customers’ needs and recommend appropriate Intel computer products and services


• Proactively engage customers throughout the sales process, from greeting and discovering their needs to closing the sale; utilizing Best Buy POS to transact non-cash sales


• Track and increase Intel Retail Edge sign-up and engagement


• Complete same-day online reports to document visits, including providing feedback and observations, and submitting customer and store photos


• Maintain business communication with the Regional Manager via occasional phone calls, Teams meetings, and/or emails


• Consistent Weekend Visits: The schedule is primarily Friday , Saturday , Sunday shifts


• Additional work shifts may also be required (e.g., Holiday Selling Days)

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required


• A minimum of 6 months’ experience in sales, electronics, retail, telecom, or marketing is preferred


• An interest in PC and Gaming products is a plus


• Ability to engage, demonstrate, and ask for the sale


• Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills are essential


• Impeccable integrity and a genuine commitment to exceeding customer and retail partner expectations


• Thrive in a fast-paced team environment


• I am available to work weekends, Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays


• Own a smartphone


• Ability to stand, walk around, reach, pick up, bend, grab, up to 20lbs occasionally, with continuous hand/eye coordination and fine manipulation (Accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions).


• Reliable transportation to arrive on time for scheduled visits at assigned stores within your area
