Parsons is looking for a number of amazingly talented Intel Analysts at a wide range of levels to join our team! In this role you will get to provide critical intelligence analysis support to on-going and ad hoc initiatives created by analytical units that seek to address identified gaps and specific threats.
*These positions will be located on site in Vienna, Virginia*
What You'll Be Doing:
Serve as a resource relative to all aspects of terrorist watchlisting nominations and shall focus on the nominations review and approval process, including quality assurance (QA) and data integrity measures, for inclusion of information into electronic systems, and perform a variety of highly complex and detailed analytical functions relative to the compliance with various laws, Executive Orders (EOs), directives and policies
Serve as a resource relative to all customer-centric watchlisting matters.
Ensure operational coverage for all critical areas to meet 24 hours, 7 days a week, 365 day requirements and priorities as identified by customer leadership.
Serve as a resource in all matters related to terrorist watchlist encounters. The assigned individuals shall focus on identity resolution, review, data integrity, inclusion of information into electronic systems, and perform a variety of extraordinarily complex and detailed analytical functions relative to the compliance with various laws, EOs, directives and policies.
Create and properly document activities in accordance with policies and processes.
Quickly develop knowledge of the customer’s overall structure, missions, functions, policies, and programs in order to identify the impact and effect of study findings and recommendations to the customer.
Quickly develop knowledge of customer program goals and objectives, the sequence and timing of key program events and milestones, and methods of evaluating the worth of program accomplishments.
What Required Skills You'll Bring:
Active Top Secret/SCI clearance with polygraph
SME Level requires 10+ years of relevant professional experience
Senior Level requires 7+ years of relevant professional experience
Mid Level requires 5+ years of relevant professional experience
Junior Level requires 3+ years of relevant professional experience
Knowledge and skills in the application of a wide range of qualitative and/or quantitative methods for the assessment and improvement of program effectiveness and/or the improvement of complex management processes, systems, and procedures
Knowledge of applicable theories, principles, practices, approaches, and techniques of research, survey methodology, and analysis concepts.
Knowledge of the range of national security and administrative laws, executive orders, directives, policies, regulations, and precedents applicable to the administration of customer programs.
