Job Description:

Parsons is seeking talented Intel Analysts at various levels to join our team. In this role, you will provide critical intelligence analysis support for ongoing and ad hoc initiatives by analytical units addressing specific threats and gaps.

* These positions are located onsite in Vienna, Virginia.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Serve as a resource on terrorist watchlisting nominations, focusing on review, approval, quality assurance (QA), and data integrity for electronic system inclusion, performing complex analytical functions in compliance with laws, EOs, directives, and policies.
• Address all customer watchlisting matters.
• Ensure operational coverage for critical areas to meet 24/7/365 requirements as prioritized by customer leadership.
• Focus on identity resolution, review, data integrity, and information inclusion related to terrorist watchlist encounters, performing detailed analytical functions in compliance with applicable laws and policies.
• Create and document activities in accordance with policies and procedures.
• Develop knowledge of the customer’s structure, missions, policies, and programs to assess the impact of findings and recommendations.
• Understand customer program goals, key milestones, and methods to evaluate program success.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

• Active Top Secret/SCI clearance with polygraph.
• SME Level: 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Senior Level: 7+ years of relevant experience.
• Mid Level: 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Junior Level: 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of qualitative and quantitative assessment methods for program effectiveness and management processes.
• Understanding of research, survey methodology, and analysis techniques.
• Knowledge of national security and administrative laws, policies, and regulations.

Minimum Clearance Required:

Top Secret SCI with Polygraph.

This position is part of our Federal Solutions team, supporting US government missions globally in defense, security, intelligence, infrastructure, and environmental sectors.

Salary Range: $86,700 - $217,400.
