We are seeking an Intel Analyst - Executive Officer to join our dynamic team. This individual will play a pivotal role in developing innovative and effective solutions for our DoD customers within the IC sector.

Required Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years of relevant professional experience
2. Familiarity with cable writing and classified databases, including specific targeting tools
3. Strong briefing and writing skills, with the ability to work well with teams or individually with minimal supervision
4. Regional and/or functional expertise in a geographic region of interest
5. Initiative, creativity, technical excellence, and strong interpersonal and communication skills
6. Self-starter who can multi-task and remain calm under pressure, with the ability to work both independently and in a group
7. Prior experience in supporting intelligence operations or familiarity with the Intelligence Community and its objectives
8. Foreign field experience from at least two overseas tours or extensive overseas TDY experience

Desired Qualifications

1. Customer certification as a Desk Officer or Staff Operations Officer
2. Experience in Intelligence Operations / Analysis / Support to Field Operations
3. Experience identifying targeting leads through the exploitation of all-source databases
4. Experience using customer databases to monitor field traffic and communicate with field offices
