Job summary

The Cleveland Clinic Department of Wellness and Preventive Medicine seeks an outpatient physician experienced in Integrative and/or Lifestyle Medicine to join the Center for Integrative and Lifestyle Medicine. This role supports value-based care and academic collaboration with Case Western Reserve University and Ohio University; teaching and mentoring are expected.

Qualifications

Integrative Medicine or Lifestyle Medicine experience required.
Certification in Integrative Medicine and/or Lifestyle Medicine (will consider clinicians in progress).
Medical degree (MD/DO) from an accredited medical school.
License to practice in state of Ohio.
Current DEA and NPI Certificate of Registration.
Active ABMS, AOA, or ABPS Board Certification.

Responsibilities

Provide chronic disease and wellness care from an Integrative and Lifestyle Medicine perspective.
Consult with Section Head and other professionals regarding patient care and education.
Educate patients on wellness, prevention, and early detection with materials and resources.
Participate in safety, quality, and patient experience initiatives.
Oversee advanced practice providers and collaborate with allied health professionals.
Fulfill all employment contract requirements and provide medical services in both practice and hospital settings.
