Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and BE/BC in Family/Internal Medicine required.
• Valid Michigan Physician (MD) or Osteopathic Physician (DO) license required.
• DEA Registration and BLS certification necessary.
• ACLS certification may be needed depending on specialty.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment for adult patients.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to coordinate care.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with standards.
