The role emphasizes a relationship-oriented, strength-based approach and collaboration with psychiatry, nursing, and residential staff.

The ideal candidate holds an NC license (LCSW/LCMHC/LMFT) with relevant experience; a Psy.D. or Ph.D. in psychology or counseling is preferred, and residential or inpatient experience is valued.

Qualifications

• Current NC license as LCSW, LCMHC, LMFT; associate licenses only considered with experience.
• Psy.D or Ph.D. in clinical psychology or counseling required.
• At least 1 year of psychotherapy experience; residential or inpatient experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Works from a relationship-oriented and strength-based approach utilizing evidence-based modalities.
• Leads residents through development and implementation of individualized recovery plans.
• Provides individualized psychotherapy including family involvement.
• Creates, implements, facilitates, and documents group psychotherapy curricula.
• Completes appropriate assessments as indicated.
• Collaborates with psychiatry, nursing, and residential staff.
• Provides crisis support and participates in on-call rotation.
• Completes timely clinical documentation.
• Offers training and informal guidance to staff.

Integrative Clinical Therapist

Location: Mill Spring, NC

The Integrative Clinical Therapist provides high-quality, evidence-based clinical services to residents and is a core member of the resident’s recovery team. The Therapist works closely with the other therapists, Clinical Director, Psychiatrist, and Nursing/Wellness teams to ensure whole-person integrative care.

Schedule: Monday – Friday 8 – 5 pm

Pay:

• Starting at $60,610 per year Associate licensed and increases based on experience
• Starting at $64,200 per year fully licensed and increases based on experience
• On-Call rotation is paid in addition to the salary

Responsibilities:

• Works from a relationship-oriented and strength-based approach utilizing evidence-based modalities

• Provides individualized psychotherapy for residents and includes family members or other support person(s)
• Creates curriculum, implements, facilitates, and documents group psychotherapy
• Completes appropriate assessments as indicated
• Strong collaboration with direct care staff to include psychiatry, nursing, and residential staff
• Provide crisis support and share on-call coverage rotation
• Complete timely documentation
• Offer training and informal guidance to staff members

Qualifications:

• Current NC license as LCSW, LCMHC, LMFT, & associate licenses only considered with experience
• Psy.D or Ph.D. degree in clinical psychology or counseling
• At least of 1 year of experience in psychotherapy or other clinical services
• Experience working in residential or inpatient settings
