Radiant Global Logistics, Inc. is seeking an Integrations Engineer II to design, build, and support APIs and event-driven services that connect Radiant's TMS with customers, carriers, partners, and internal apps.

The role is hands-on and mid-level, with ownership of integrations from design through production support. Team collaboration spans the US and the Philippines, and mentorship of others is part of the job.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 4+ years' backend or systems integration experience.
• Strong backend in Node.js/TypeScript.
• Experience designing REST APIs with auth, versioning, docs.
• Experience with event-driven architectures and Kafka.
• Experience operating production event pipelines (throughput, lag, recovery).
• Experience integrating ERP/TMS/enterprise systems with data mapping.
• SQL and relational databases proficiency.
• Cloud platform (AWS), containers, CI/CD; ownership of production services.
• Strong written English; ability to work across US Pacific and Philippines time zones.

Responsabilidades

• Design and build REST APIs with robust documentation and versioning.
• Develop event-driven services and data pipelines to connect systems.
• Own the technical design of integrations and perform go-live onboarding.
• Onboard customers/partners, assist with testing and setup; troubleshoot escalated issues.
• Contribute to AI-enabled services and use AI-assisted development tools.
• Write automated tests and maintain CI pipelines; review code for promotions.
• Mentor junior engineers and share knowledge to improve team output.
• Monitor production services; lead incident triage and root-cause analysis.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and keep runbooks/docs updated.
