Radiant Logistics, Inc. is seeking an Engineering Manager for API & Integrations (Radiant Connect) in Renton, WA. You will lead a hands-on team, contribute production code, and own the integration platform spanning APIs, event-driven pipelines, and AI-facing services.

The role emphasizes ITAR/CUI controls and cross-functional collaboration across IT and operations. You will drive architecture, roadmap, and deployment across SAP TM integrations, customer portals, and finance systems, while

Qualificações

• Must be a U.S. person due to ITAR/CUI data handling requirements.
• Minimum 7 years of software engineering or systems integration experience, with at least 2 years in a management/technical leadership role.
• Hands-on: contribute production code while leading a team and guiding architecture and design.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and coach the engineering team responsible for Radiant Connect APIs, event-driven pipelines, and AI-facing services.
• Own architecture, roadmap, and delivery of integration services and APIs across platforms (SAP TM, customer portals, ERP systems).
• Oversee onboarding of API customers and partner applications, with secure credential provisioning and access control.
• Perform code reviews, staging releases, and ensure coding standards, testing, and documentation are maintained.
• Maintain monitoring, incident response, and runbooks; support ITAR/CUI compliance and data security.
