Job summary

Radiant Logistics Inc. seeks an Integrations Engineer II to design, build, and support APIs and event-driven services that connect Radiant's transportation management platform with customers, carriers, partners, and internal apps.

You’ll work on a modern Node.js/TypeScript on AWS platform, delivering REST APIs, data pipelines, and AI-enabled services. The role owns integrations from design through production support, mentors peers, and collaborates across time zones including the Philippines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum 4 years' experience in backend software engineering or systems integration.
• Strong backend development experience in Node.js/TypeScript.
• Experience designing REST APIs, including authentication, versioning, and documentation.
• Experience with event-driven architectures and Kafka.
• Experience operating event-streaming pipelines in production.
• Experience integrating enterprise systems (ERP, TMS, or similar).
• SQL knowledge and relational databases.
• Experience with AWS and CI/CD.
• Ability to work across time zones and strong English communication.

Responsibilities

• Design and build customer- and partner-facing REST APIs, including specifications, validation, versioning, and documentation.
• Develop event-driven services and data pipelines that move and transform data between our TMS and connected systems.
• Own the technical design of assigned integrations: write solution designs, weigh trade-offs, and propose improvements to performance, reliability, and scalability.
• Onboard new customers and partners onto integration flows, from data mapping and testing through go-live.
• Assist API clients with onboarding and setup, troubleshooting, and escalated issues.
• Contribute to AI-enabled services that give AI tools safe, governed access to integration capabilities.
• Use AI-assisted development tools and automation to speed up delivery and remove repetitive setup and support work.
• Write automated tests and keep the team's CI pipelines healthy.
• Review code and approve changes for promotion to staging, in line with team standards.
• Monitor the team's integrations and triage production incidents; find root cause, implement fixes, and document.
• Collaborate with other teams and keep runbooks and API documentation current.
