Job summary

Chatoly Assistant is building and maintaining integrations that connect the assistant to ecommerce, collaboration, automation, and help desk platforms. You will own end-to-end integration lifecycle—from data synchronization and authentication to resilience against unreliable APIs and clear installation experiences.

You will improve documentation, investigate recurring issues, and debug across external systems.

Qualifications

• At least three years of production experience integrating third‑party APIs.
• Hands‑on knowledge of OAuth, webhooks, and API rate‑limit management.
• Familiarity with at least one major ecommerce or help desk platform.
• Persistence when partner documentation differs from actual API behavior.
• Strong diagnostic skills across multiple services and data boundaries.
