Job summary

Optiv Security Inc. is seeking an Integrations Developer to join the Enterprise Applications team in the Kansas City metro.

You will design, build, and maintain robust data pipelines and API connections between core enterprise systems, with NetSuite customizations and scripting as needed. You'll work in a hybrid setup (3 days in the office), support QA/UAT, participate in Agile ceremonies, and collaborate with BRMs and stakeholders to translate business needs into reliable application logic.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience with Javascript development and maintenance.
• Experience configuring cloud-based ERP/PSA applications.
• Ability to dive into data fields, forms, workflows, APIs, HTML and CSV imports to implement custom data presentations.
• Familiarity with SaaS integration tools such as Jitterbit.
• Strong documentation and QA/testing capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy NetSuite customizations, workflows, scripts, and extensions to support evolving business needs.
• Build and maintain automation and system integrations using APIs and third-party tools.
• Troubleshoot production issues and partner with internal teams and vendors to resolve complex problems.
• Support UAT and QA to ensure stable releases and follow Jira workflows and Agile ceremonies.
• Assist with Jira stories, estimate effort with story points, and contribute to sprint commitments.
• Collaborate with BRMs and stakeholders to refine requirements and prioritize work.
