Job summary

Optiv seeks an Integrations Developer to design, build, and maintain data pipelines and API connections across core enterprise systems. You’ll work with the Enterprise Applications team to implement NetSuite customizations, workflows, and integrations, while supporting QA, UAT, and production readiness.

You will collaborate with internal clients, participate in sprint rituals, and ensure scalable, reliable enterprise solutions through code, testing, and documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or related experience required.
• 2-4 years' experience in customizing, developing, testing and maintaining JavaScript.
• Experience configuring cloud-based ERP/PSA applications.
• Ability to work with data records, configurations, workflows, APIs and CSV imports.

Responsibilities

• Provide escalation support for application issues and perform root cause analysis.
• Troubleshoot production issues and coordinate with teams/vendors to resolve problems.
• Support UAT and QA to ensure stable releases.
• Follow Jira workflows and agile ceremonies.
• Design, develop, test, and deploy NetSuite customizations and extensions.
• Build and maintain API integrations and automation with third-party tools.
• Translate business requirements into reliable application logic and configurations.
• Collaborate with BRMs and stakeholders to refine requirements and priorities.
