Job summary

Stark Tech in Florida is seeking an Integration Trades Supervisor to oversee daily integration activities, ensuring top-quality system design and programming. You will provide direct leadership, guidance, and technical support to Integration Specialists, coordinating with cross-functional teams to meet project goals.

Qualifications

• The Integration Trades Supervisor role requires an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Electronics, IT, or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience with mechanical and/or electrical engineering systems and prior Team Lead experience.
• Experience integrating low voltage building sub-systems using industry protocols preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and handheld devices such as Smartphones and iPads.
• Strong knowledge of construction or HVAC, building automation systems and related subsystems.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex system issues.

Job Requirements

The Integration Trades Supervisor oversees daily integration activities, guaranteeing consistency and excellence in system design and programming, while providing direct leadership, guidance, and technical assistance to Integration Specialists.

Work Experience

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Electronics, IT, or related field preferred.
• At least Five (5) years of experience with mechanical and/or electrical engineering systems and/or holding a Team Lead position. Software & Systems.
• Demonstrated experience in the integration of low voltage building sub-systems using various industry protocols (i.e. LON, BacNet, etc) preferred.
• Operating knowledge of Microsoft office software and working proficiency with handheld devices, such as Smartphones, iPads, etc.
• Advanced knowledge of the construction or HVAC industry, control theory, automatic temperature controls, building automation systems and other building sub-systems required.
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex system issues.
