Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in a STEM discipline from an accredited university.
• Familiarity with test procedures, test facility interfaces, data integrity and cataloging.
• Familiarity with test execution, diagnostics, and verification with traceability.
• Familiarity creating automated test scripts that integrate with hardware interfaces.
• Proficiency in MATLAB, C, C++, C#, or Python.

Responsibilities

• Synthesize customer contractual needs into system test solutions considering constraints.
• Prepare and execute comprehensive test plans, procedures, and schedules.
• Develop test scripts to automate test campaigns.
• Coordinate integrated testing activities.
• Review and evaluate test requirements for completeness.
• Perform technical analysis of complete systems and prepare evaluations.
• Conduct formal technical reviews (TRRs) with stakeholders.
• Assess performance of Navigation Systems and Mission Computers with MATLAB or similar.
• Act as primary technical point of contact during test events and report results.
