Job summary

L3Harris Technologies is seeking a Specialist, Integration/Test Engineering in Greenville, Texas (on-site). The role focuses on integrating and testing electromechanical systems, ensuring hardware and software compatibility from design through commissioning, and supporting EMI/Tempest testing and flight readiness.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years of related experience, proficiency with test equipment and COTS software, and an active security clearance; Top Secret

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 4 years of prior relevant experience; graduate degree with 2+ years preferred.
• Experience with industry standard test equipment and COTS hardware.
• Proficient with Windows-based programs and COTS software applications.
• Active or interim Secret Security clearance required; Top Secret with SCI capability preferred.
• Ability to obtain and maintain required security clearances.

Responsibilities

• Perform integration and/or test of all components to meet program objectives.
• Develop and implement hardware, software, and facilities integration procedures.
• Ensure electrical/physical compatibility of interfaces and first article product integration.
• Develop and execute hardware/software system-level test programs, plans, and procedures.
• Support EMI/Tempest testing and in-flight duty as needed.
• Operate various test equipment for subsystem and system-level testing.
