Job summary

L3Harris Technologies is seeking a Specialist, Integration/Test Engineering (Test Director) in Greenville, Texas. The role supports integration and testing of complex hardware/software systems on ISR platforms and requires security clearance eligibility and 10% travel.

The candidate will plan, execute, and document tests, interfacing with cross-functional teams to ensure performance and compliance with baselines, while managing schedules and budgets as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree plus 6+ years of related experience; or graduate degree with 4+ years.
• Self-starting, organized with strong communication and presentation skills.
• Extensive systems or software engineering experience, especially with system interfaces.
• Able to obtain TS/SCI clearance and travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute integration testing in a Systems Integration Laboratory and on airborne/ground platforms.
• Verify and validate new baseline functionality while ensuring legacy functionality remains.
• Document system testing status and anomalies; verify fixes with hardware and software.
• Provide regular status updates to management and customers; coordinate schedules and travel as needed.
