Job summary

L3Harris Technologies is seeking an Associate, Integration/Test Engineering in Greenville, TX. The role focuses on defining test processes for complex electro‑optical and electro‑mechanical systems and coordinating integration from component to system level.

You will develop and execute test plans, procedures and reports, perform troubleshooting, and set up hardware/software under test. Travel up to 10% domestically and internationally is involved.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Computer or Systems Engineering, Computer Science or related field or have completed their Bachelor’s degree within the last 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Perform systems engineering tasks for manual and automated test processes.
• Develop test plans, procedures, requirements traceability, test reports, flow and test case design.
• Execute system, CCA and component level functional testing and document results.
• Use software tools; perform scripting and hardware/software troubleshooting.
• Set up, configure, and document hardware and software systems under test; load software for verification and validation.
• Conduct root cause analysis and corrective actions; support failure trend analysis.
• Provide technical consultation to internal teams or customers; contribute to continuous improvement.
• Travel domestically and internationally up to 10%.
