Job summary

L3Harris Technologies invites applications for an Integration & Test Engineering Intern position in Wilmington, MA. You will join our Test Engineering Support team and gain hands-on experience with cutting-edge testing technologies, contributing to efficient test processes and real-world engineering challenges.

Ideal candidates are pursuing an Electrical Engineering degree at Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD level and are eager to grow in a fast-paced defense tech environment on site in Wilmington.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD program in Electrical Engineering or related field.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine Test Engineering tasks to gain experience and learn company programs, test methods and practices.
• Assist in configuration, setup, monitoring, and problem-solving related to the Unit Under Test (UUT) in Thermal Vacuum and Vibration Test Environments.
• Complete 5S+1 projects in lab spaces.
• Manage lab equipment calibration.
• Procure tools and materials to support test activities.
• Stage equipment, tooling, and fixturing prior to test.
• Assist in authoring engineering drawings and testing documentation such as test instructions and procedures.
• No travel is required for this internship.

Education

Bachelor's/Master's/PhD in Electrical Engineering or related field (pursuing)
