Ideal candidates are pursuing an Electrical Engineering degree at Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD level and are eager to grow in a fast-paced defense tech environment on site in Wilmington.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD program in Electrical Engineering or related field.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine Test Engineering tasks to gain experience and learn company programs, test methods and practices.
• Assist in configuration, setup, monitoring, and problem-solving related to the Unit Under Test (UUT) in Thermal Vacuum and Vibration Test Environments.
• Complete 5S+1 projects in lab spaces.
• Manage lab equipment calibration.
• Procure tools and materials to support test activities.
• Stage equipment, tooling, and fixturing prior to test.
• Assist in authoring engineering drawings and testing documentation such as test instructions and procedures.
• No travel is required for this internship.

We are seeking an Integration & Test Engineering Intern to join our Test Engineering Support team at our Wilmington, MA facility. PAY TRANSPARENCY

$25.50 - $48.00 per hour. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location. L3Harris also offers a variety of benefits, including relocation stipend, 401(k), EAP, and company-paid holidays. The specific programs and options available to an employee may vary depending on date of hire, schedule type, and the applicability of collective bargaining agreements.
