Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be pursuing a Bachelor's degree, a Master's degree, or a PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or other related field at an accredited university.

Responsibilities

• Support set-up, configuration, and documentation of hardware and software systems under test.
• Support design, development, and implementation of testing procedures and troubleshooting.
• Assist development of test plans, requirements traceability, test reports and test case design.
• Document testing issues and analyze results.
• Support formal systems acceptance testing activities.
• Present test strategies, plans, and results to customers.
• Support failure investigation activities and FRB meetings.

Job Schedule:9/80:Employees work 9 out of every 14 days – totaling 80 hours worked, and have every other Friday off

Job Description:

• Support the set-up, configuration, and documentation of hardware and softwaresystems under test, including loading software onto multiple devices
• Support design, development, and implementation of cost-effective procedures fortesting andtroubleshooting ofcomponents, sub-assemblies, assemblies, andsystems
• Support development of test plans, test procedures, requirements traceability, testreports, test flow, and test case design and implementation
• Document testing issues and failures and perform analysis of test results
• Support formal systems acceptance testing activities
• Present test strategies, plans, and results to internal and external customers
• Support failure investigation activities and failure review board (FRB) meetings

Qualifications:

• Must bepursuing aBachelor’sdegree, aMaster’sdegree, or a PhD inElectricalEngineering, Computer Science, ComputerEngineering, or other related fieldat an accredited university.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of communications systems, software programming languages, automated softwaretest, networks, network security, power systems, antennas, RF, and/or mechanicaldesign and analysis
• Desired skills include requirements analysis and verification, software scripting andusage of automated testing frameworks and application

In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role in California is $30.00 - $32.50. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
