Job summary

Northrop Grumman seeks an Integration & Test Engineer at the Rolling Meadows, IL site. You will conduct integration testing from hardware/software design through aircraft installation to ensure systems work reliably on EOIR/RFEW platforms.

The role requires a BS or MS in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering with 2+ years of related experience, knowledge of test execution, and programming in MATLAB/C/C++/Python. U.S. Citizenship is required.

Qualifications

BS degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related technical field with 2+ years of related experience or MS degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related technical field.
Familiarity with test execution, diagnostics, and formal requirement decomposition with traceability and verification.
Familiarity with airborne RF/EW Systems & related technologies.
Proficient in MATLAB, C, C++, C#, and/or Python.
US Citizenship is required.

Responsibilities

Generate test plans, test procedures, test automation, test reports, and execution of integration test activities (system integration, design verification tests, qualification tests) in system integration labs (SILs) or offsite locations.
As part of the SEIT team, gain understanding of the systems engineering process across a product's lifecycle and how systems operate.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure integrated electronics systems meet performance and reliability requirements.
