  • Deploy distributed generation control systems, including PLC programming, SCADA and remote monitoring solutions, protective relay programming, battery storage applications, generators, networking equipment, and system control architectures.
  • Review project specifications and drawings with the broader engineering team and identify previous projects of similar type to inform design and implementation.
  • Provide technical support to field personnel, engineering teams, and thirdparty vendors to resolve integration and operational issues.
  • Deliver commissioning and integration support in the field for the installation and startup of UIG products and projects.
  • Support and coordinate maintenance programs for customers covering generation assets, switchgear, and controls/SCADA systems.
  • Make field changes to hardware, software, and configurations to support engineering requirements and customer needs.
  • Document final installation configurations, including asbuilt drawings and records of changes made during commissioning and maintenance.
  • Provide the engineering team with lessons learned from field integration and maintenance activities to drive continuous improvement.

  • Support GridSure applications both in the field and remotely, including troubleshooting and optimization of cloudbased monitoring and control.
  • Monitor project schedules, ensure milestone dates are achieved, and raise issues early when milestones are at risk.
  • Review and verify drawing packages prior to submittal and release to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Coordinate and document technical information for internal teams to maintain alignment across engineering, manufacturing, and field operations.
  • Resolve outstanding questions or issues related to system design, integration, and configuration.
  • Demonstrate continuous effort to improve operations, decrease turnaround times, and streamline work processes.
  • Collaborate cooperatively with engineers, drafters, manufacturing personnel, and field teams to deliver quality engineering designs and implementations.
  • Communicate clearly in English, both orally and in writing, with engineers, drafters, manufacturing personnel, and customers via phone and facetoface interactions.
  • Help keep the overall engineering and project schedule on track by owning programlevel design and support efforts.
  • Own and support programlevel design and integration activities for assigned projects, ensuring technical consistency and quality across deployments.
