Job summary

Atlas Copco Group in New Hudson, MI, is seeking an Integration Technician to assemble, integrate, test, and troubleshoot dispensing systems and related components on a 1st shift basis.

You will read basic blueprints and electrical schematics, use hand tools and standard instruments, and maintain thorough production documentation while upholding safety and continuous improvement goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in mechanical or electrical assembly in a production environment.
• Knowledge and skills in the construction, operation, and hazard recognition of electrical systems and equipment
• Ability to read basic blueprints, drawings, and electrical schematics
• Ability to use basic hand tools along with industry instruments including a voltage detector and caliper
• Ability to effectively communicate in English, both verbally and in writing
• Continuous improvement mindset: ability to implement new processes and ideas
• Proven ability to work independently, prioritize conflicting tasks, manage time effectively, and make certain independent decisions
• High School Diploma or GED is required

Job description

As an Integration Technician, your mission is to assemble, integrate, test, and troubleshoot dispensing systems and related components to support customer requirements. You will report to the Production Manager.

You will:

• Assemble and integrate dispensing systems and related components.
• Troubleshoot equipment using diagnostic tools and established procedures.
• Perform quality inspections and functional testing.
• Complete production and quality documentation.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow all safety policies and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in mechanical or electrical assembly in a production environment
• Ability to learn computer programs

• Ability to use basic hand tools along with industry instruments including a voltage detector and caliper

This position is based at our Product Company in New Hudson, United States (US). This is a 1st shift opportunity: 6am - 2:30pm.
