Job summary

TAIT in Lititz, PA seeks an Integration Swing Tech to support integrators and project teams with a flexible, generalist skillset and a hands-on approach to problem solving. A positive, proactive mindset is essential for delivering quality work while collaborating across departments.

This role emphasizes hands-on installation, rigging, and shop readiness, with a strong commitment to safety and continuous learning.Travel to project sites may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a theatrical/entertainment technician OR minimum 2 years in a technical fabrication role.
• High school diploma or GED required; technical degree/training is a plus.
• Proficient with fabrication tools and techniques for assembly and modification of parts.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and organized workshop environment across Integration spaces.
• Assist in installation and setup of equipment and TAIT products.
• Support project infrastructure and rigging preparations.
• Hang chain motors and rigging equipment for project infrastructure.
• Ensure shop flow and storage improvements; stock safety gear and signage.
• Maintain inspection records and perform routine equipment maintenance.
• Assist with loading/unloading trucks and material transfers.
• Set up electrical requirements in advance of projects.
• Support decommissioning of outdated rigging and safety gear.
• Receive and sort equipment returned from onsite jobs.
• Prioritize tasks, manage workload, meet deadlines; work independently or in team.
