- Defining work strategies, aligning these with resources and desired client outcomes, and oversight of planning and execution of the work.

- Ensuring technology solutions are managed to support business strategies, often working with senior management.

- Directing the integration of technical aspects of all related projects/programs.

- Monitoring financials to ensure budget compliance.

Responsibilities

1. IRM role requires a strong Project Manager with Infrastructure background capable of handling the following responsibilities:
2. Managing IT projects, initiatives, and deliverables.
3. Familiarity with integration processes, practices, methodologies, and terminology.
4. Excellent collaboration, negotiation, and influencing skills.
5. Experience with hardware and software provisioning, procurement, contract interpretation, and compliance policies and processes.
6. Understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, and data center migration, including Microsoft email solutions.
7. Ability to analyze requirements and document them effectively.
8. Skills in project issue and risk mitigation and resolution.
9. Experience in creating and managing implementation/deployment plans.
10. Effective project communication and follow-up.
11. Experience managing multiple technical project deployments of varying complexity across global teams.
12. Hands-on experience with system access and support.
13. Flexibility to work in early morning and late evening hours.
14. Experience with innovation/automation tools such as GenAI, Power Automate, etc.
15. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
16. Experience utilizing SDLC and integration methodologies for project implementation/deployments.
17. Supervisory experience is not mandatory.

Skills

Must have

1. Strong Project Management background with Infra experience, preferably Scrum Master, System Analyst (SM, Agile, Coach).
2. Experience as an IT Project Administrator/Coordinator on large complex IT projects.
3. Previous infrastructure technology experience such as servers, networks, IT security, and data center infrastructure, for application, middleware, database, and web environments.
4. Proficiency with MS Project, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
5. Experience with financial and time reporting in a project environment.
6. Ability to work with urgency, exercise judgment, determine solutions, and escalate as needed.
7. Supervisory experience is not mandatory.

Nice to have

PMP Certification is a plus.
