Solugenix is seeking an experienced Integration Project Manager Consultant to support a high-impact client integrations team. This fully remote contract role spans 6-9 months and involves leading integration efforts, enhancing onboarding workflows, and improving project delivery across multiple stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience translating technical concepts into business solutions.
• Proven integration project management experience, including scoping and execution.
• Strong client-facing and communication skills.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in technical environments.
• Working knowledge of APIs and webhooks.
• Hands-on SQL experience for troubleshooting.
• Background in relationship management and stakeholder communication.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, remote environment.
• Comfortable in a role that is approximately 70% operational, 30% technical.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate across technical and business teams to prioritize and execute integration projects.
• Forecast integration capacity and optimize project timelines.

Project Scoping & Planning

• Gather and translate merchant requirements into clear, actionable integration plans.
• Define project scope, milestones, and deliverables.
• Guide merchants through the onboarding process with a focus on service quality and operational efficiency.
• Drive integration initiatives from initiation through launch.
• Coordinate with engineering, operations, contractors, and business stakeholders.
• Quickly identify and resolve integration challenges.
• Escalate issues as necessary to maintain project momentum.

Client Relationship Management

• Act as the primary point of contact for external clients.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout the integration lifecycle.

Pay Range for CA, CO, IL, NJ, NY, WA, and DC: $55/hour to $70/hour. Starting rate of pay offered may vary depending on factors including but not limited to, position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience.
