Position Summary
The Integration Product Launch Engineer is responsible for leading cross‑functional teams through the planning and execution of new product and feature releases, ensuring organizational readiness, market validation, and successful deployment. This role also provides technical expertise in deploying and developing new integrations and ensuring seamless system integration across healthcare environments.
Responsibilities
- Product Launch Management
- Define launch objectives aligned with organizational strategic goals and translate them into clear, actionable plans.
- Work with cross‑functional teams to create project charters outlining scope, timelines, stakeholders, and resource needs for new product or feature releases.
- Lead cross functional launch teams, establishing effective collaboration practices, communication cadence, and accountability.
- Gather customer and IT feedback during Limited Release or early deployments to inform product enhancements and documentation updates.
- Support the creation of internal and external training material by partnering with Product Marketing, Clinical Education, Customer Care, and other teams.
- Integration Engineering
- Define integration requirements and collaborate with internal and client teams to clarify needs and expectations.
- Conduct requirement gathering, gap analysis, and creation of technical specification documents.
- Participate in the full SDLC for interfaces, including analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment.
- Build and support HL7 and other interfaces, including message mapping, transformations, and troubleshooting.
- Perform system and integration testing and collaborate with application teams on issue resolution.

Supervisory Requirements
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience (Business, Marketing, Engineering, Computer Science, Physical Sciences, Nursing, or related field) is required.
- 5–7 years of experience in product, implementation, clinical, project management, customer engagement, or software development roles.
- 5+ years of experience deploying healthcare technology, preferably in acute care settings.
- 3–5 years interface development experience in a healthcare environment.
- Expertise in HL7 messages and other healthcare standardized interface language.
- Familiarity with healthcare, medical technology, enterprise software, or clinical systems.
- Strong public speaking and writing skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, CRM tools, collaboration software, and data visualization tools
- Industry experience in medical electronics preferred.
Physical Demands & Working Environment
- Must be able to sit for much of the workday with periodic walking and/or standing.
- Must be able to work in an office environment.
- This role requires approximately 20% travel.
- Base Salary Range: $110,000 - $130,000 per year.
- Bonus/Commission Eligibility: Yes, bonus eligible for non‑sales roles.
