Job summary

Pyramid Consulting, Inc. is seeking a Coupa Integration Lead / Integration Engineer for a 12+ months contract in Peoria, IL, onsite from Day 1. The role requires strong integration skills, experience with ETL, APIs, and Python, and ability to lead end-to-end integration projects across multiple ERP systems.

Qualifications

• Experience designing integrations from scratch.
• Deep understanding of P2P workflows.
• Experience with Coupa, SAP Ariba, GEP SMART, Oracle Procurement or similar.
• Global procurement implementations and ERP integrations preferred.
• Hands-on coding in ETL, APIs and Python.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design and implementation of integrations between Coupa, GEP and SAP (multiple ERP systems).
• Define integration architecture, data mapping, transformation logic, and error-handling mechanisms.
• Build and support integrations using APIs, XML, and middleware platforms (e.g., AWS).
• Collaborate with middleware and technical teams to deliver scalable, reliable solutions.
• Lead integration-focused testing cycles (FUT, SIT, UAT) and coordinate governance meetings.

Immediate need for a talented Coupa Integration Lead / Integration Engineer. This is a 12+ months contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Peoria, IL (Onsite).

Key Responsibilities:

• Candidates should be local or willing to relocate and work onsite from Day 1 will be considered.
• The client’s expectation is for a Coupa Integration Lead withTechno-Functional Candidate required.Should be comfortable handling both functional discussions and hands-on coding.
• Looking for a mature Integration who has designed integrations from scratch.
• Deep understanding of P2P workflows is essential.
• Candidates with experience on similar procurement platforms (SAP Ariba, GEP SMART, Oracle Procurement, etc.) is also acceptable if we are unable to find someone with specific Coupa experience.
• Preference for candidates who have worked on global procurement implementations and enterprise ERP integrations.

• Integration Design & Implementation (Primary Skill)
• Strong integration expertise with hands-on experience in ETL, APIs and Python.
• Lead end-to-end design and implementation of integrations between application [Say Coupa, GEP, and SAP (multiple ERP systems)]. Experience in similar domain applications is good to have.
• Define integration architecture, data mapping, transformation logic, and error-handling mechanisms.
• Build and support integrations using APIs, XML, and middleware platforms (e.g., AWS or similar).
• Collaborate with middleware and technical teams across contractor groups to deliver scalable and reliable solutions.
• Support new facility deployments, releases, upgrades, and enhancement requests by designing integration solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration failures, data discrepancies, and interface issues in both testing and production environments.
• Testing & Quality Assurance- Lead integration-focused testing cycles including FUT, SIT, and UAT.
• Stakeholder Coordination & Governance (like running monthly meetings)

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Platform Enhancements & Functional Support
• Review and implement configuration enhancements and process improvements in Coupa and GEP.
• Gather and document business requirements and translate them into functional and technical integration designs.
• Conduct proof of concept (POC) for new features and evaluate integration feasibility with external applications.
