Job summary

Aux Partners is seeking an experienced Coupa Implementation Consultant for its Kansas City team. The role requires 3+ years of hands-on Coupa experience and a strong ability to work directly with clients to tailor procurement solutions.

You will configure Coupa modules, lead implementations through go-live, and collaborate with ERP partners to optimize procurement processes. This hybrid position requires Kansas City metro residency and onsite work in Overland Park, KS.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on Coupa implementation experience.
• Strong knowledge of Coupa modules: P2P, Expenses, Sourcing, Contracts and SIM.
• Experience with ERP integrations (SAP, NetSuite, Dynamics or Workday helpful).
• Ability to gather requirements, analyze processes, and recommend improvements.
• Coupa certification preferred or willingness to obtain it.

We're partnering with a growing organization seeking an experienced Coupa Implementation Consultant to join its Kansas City team.

** This is a hybrid position based in Overland Park, KS, and candidates MUST currently reside in the Kansas City metro area. **

The ideal candidate will bring roughly 3+ years of hands-on Coupa implementation experience and be comfortable working directly with clients to understand business needs, configure solutions, improve procurement processes, and support implementations through go-live and beyond.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

• Configure and optimize Coupa modules such as P2P, Sourcing, Expenses, Contracts and Supplier Information Management (SIM)
• Partner with clients to understand current procurement and finance processes, gather requirements, and translate business needs into practical system solutions
• Participate in and/or lead Coupa implementations from discovery and configuration through testing and go-live
• Build and improve procurement workflows, approval processes, and system functionality
• Support integrations between Coupa and enterprise platforms such as SAP, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics and Workday
• Troubleshoot functional and technical issues and collaborate with development or technical resources when needed
• Assist with testing, validation, user training, and adoption
• Work directly with business and technical stakeholders to ensure solutions support both immediate needs and long-term goals
• Provide ongoing optimization and process-improvement support following implementation

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Approximately 3+ years of hands-on Coupa implementation experience
• Strong working knowledge of one or more Coupa modules, including P2P, Expenses, Sourcing, Contracts and/or SIM
• Understanding of procurement, accounts payable and finance processes
• Experience with ERP integrations; exposure to platforms such as SAP, NetSuite, Dynamics or Workday is helpful
• Ability to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and recommend system/process improvements
• Experience troubleshooting Coupa functionality and workflow issues
• Strong communication skills and confidence working directly with clients and cross-functional teams
• Coupa certification is preferred, or willingness to obtain certification
