Alpine Investors is building a bench of integration leaders across its platform and OpCo portfolio. This ongoing search seeks Directors of Integration and equivalent leaders to drive post-close integration across people, processes, and systems.
You would lead end-to-end integration, run the IMO, and shape diligence with cross-functional leaders. US-based, travel up to 50%, with ERP/HRIS/CRM experience and a track record of delivering value after close.
Alpine Investors is building a bench of integration leaders. This posting isn't tied to one specific company or one open seat — we hire Directors of Integration (and equivalent Manager and VP-level leaders) on an ongoing basis across our newest platforms and our existing portfolio of operating companies (“OpCos”). If you lead integrations today and are open to your next move — now or in the next several months — we want to know you.
Depending on timing and fit, you might join a brand-new platform as its first dedicated integration hire, or step into an established integration function at one of our existing OpCos. Either way, you'd turn deal theses into operating reality: leading post-close integration across people, process, and systems so Day 1 lands cleanly and the business moves forward with minimal disruption to teams and customers.
