Job Title
Application Developer is responsible for identifying and analyzing business requirements, managing requirements throughout the project lifecycle, and designing, developing, and implementing technical solutions. Performs functional and technical design, prototyping, process and workflow mapping, testing, user training, and implementation support. Defines support procedures and collaborates with stakeholders to ensure successful deployment, system functionality, and operational efficiency.
Education and Experience Required: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology.
Certifications, Licenses or Registration Required: N/A.
Preferred Qualifications: Workday Pro accreditation, experience supporting or developing Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and/or Student Information Systems (SIS) applications.
Demonstrated knowledge of computer systems, application development, programming logic, and emerging technologies. Skilled in designing, developing, testing, troubleshooting, and supporting complex applications and systems. Ability to analyze user requirements, develop technical solutions, coordinate system implementations, and maintain comprehensive system functionality across enterprise environments.
