Capgemini is seeking an experienced Integration Developer in Princeton, NJ with 8+ years in IT and at least 5+ years focused on integration development. The role centers on designing and delivering scalable Azure-based integrations and APIs for enterprise systems.

You will implement data orchestration, security with OAuth/Azure AD, and collaborate with architects, stakeholders, and development teams to ensure high availability and performance.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

• Strong experience with Microsoft Azure and integration services.

We are seeking an experienced Integration Developer with 8+ years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing integration solutions using Microsoft Azure and related technologies. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Azure Integration Services, strong development skills, and a proven track record of delivering scalable, secure, and high-performance integration solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement end-to-end integration solutions using Azure services.
• Build and maintain integrations using:
• Develop and manage RESTful APIs and microservices-based integrations.
• Implement data transformation and orchestration using Azure Integration Services.
• Collaborate with solution architects, business stakeholders, and development teams to gather integration requirements.
• Ensure high availability, scalability, and performance of integration solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, failures, and performance bottlenecks.
• Implement security best practices, including authentication and authorization (OAuth, Azure AD).
• Create and maintain technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and runbooks.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 8+ years of IT experience, with at least 5+ years in integration development.
• Strong experience in Microsoft Azure platform and integration services.
• Proficiency in: REST APIs, SOAP, JSON, XML
• Hands-on experience with: Strong understanding of enterprise integration patterns (EIP).
• Experience with messaging and event-driven architectures.
• Familiarity with databases: SQL Server, Azure SQL, Cosmos DB (preferred).
• Experience with version control tools (Git).
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Hybrid integrations (on-premises to cloud).
• Knowledge of Azure Data Factory for data integration workflows.
• Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes, AKS).
• Experience working with microservices architecture.
• Certification(s) such as:
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environment.
• Strong system integration and architecture design skills
• Effective communication and stakeholder collaboration
• Problem-solving and debugging capabilities
• Attention to detail and quality
• Ability to work independently and within a team

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps)
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code (ARM templates, Bicep, Terraform)
• Knowledge of security and compliance standards

The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $28.89/hour - $45.15/hour. Our benefits include medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits. Applications will be accepted on an ongoing basis.
