Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Integration Developer to join our dynamic technology team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining enterprise-grade integration solutions that connect our internal and external applications. You will leverage Microsoft .NET technologies, Event-Driven Architectures (EDA), and modern integration platforms to build highly scalable, reliable, and secure APIs and microservices.

The ideal candidate is passionate about clean code, distributed systems, and solving complex data and system orchestration challenges. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, architects, and business stakeholders to drive our integration strategy and ensure seamless data flow across the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities

• Enterprise Applications: Design, develop, test, and maintain robust, enterprise-grade applications and integration components using Microsoft .NET technologies (.NET Core/.NET 6+ and C#).
• Event-Driven Architecture (EDA): Architect and implement high-performance, event-driven integration patterns and messaging workflows utilizing modern streaming and messaging platforms.
• Custom Integrations: Design, develop, and deploy bespoke integration solutions and middleware to facilitate secure communication between heterogeneous internal and external systems.
• APIs & Microservices: Develop scalable, high-throughput RESTful APIs, microservices, and asynchronous communication frameworks.
• Best Practices: Ensure all integration solutions strictly adhere to security standards, performance benchmarks, high availability, and scalability requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Technical Expertise

• Core Development: Strong, hands-on expertise in C# and .NET / .NET Core (including .NET 6 or higher).
• Architectural Paradigms: In-depth understanding and practical experience with Event-Driven Architecture (EDA) concepts, design patterns, and asynchronous messaging.
• Messaging & Streaming Platforms: Solid experience working with modern messaging technologies such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, Azure Service Bus, or equivalent enterprise service buses (ESB).
• Web Services: Deep experience in designing, building, and consuming secure RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Integration Tools & Middleware: Practical experience working with mainstream integration platforms (e.g., MuleSoft, Boomi, Azure Integration Services, IBM Integration Bus, or similar).
• Databases: Strong proficiency in SQL Server, database design, querying, and optimization.
• Software Engineering Principles: Robust understanding of software design patterns, SOLID principles, clean code practices, and distributed systems architecture.
• Cloud Platforms: Functional familiarity with major cloud ecosystems, specifically Microsoft Azure or Amazon Web Services (AWS).

Preferred & \"Good-to-Have\" Skills

• Containerization: Hands-on exposure to containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
• DevOps & CI/CD: Experience establishing or working with continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines (e.g., Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins).
• Interpersonal Skills: Outstanding communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to explain complex technical designs to non-technical audiences.

Education & Experience Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Experience: Typically requires 4+ years of professional software development experience, with a strong focus on system integration, backend development, and API technologies.
