Job description

OMHS Integration & Delivery is building the team that installs and commissions Amazon's next-generation material handling systems. We are looking for a supply chain manager to own end-to-end material operations across our full portfolio of concurrent installation programs.

If you have spent your career coordinating material flow for large-scale industrial projects, you know that a missing a component can shut down an entire project. This role puts that supply chain discipline at the front of the deployment lifecycle. You will build and maintain the material planning frameworks that align procurement timelines, sequencing center operations, vendor deliveries, and site staging requirements with installation sequencing, ensuring the right materials arrive at the right site at the right time.

You will own material operations end-to-end: forecasting demand from design packages, managing inventory visibility across the network, coordinating delivery to field sites, and designing the technology ecosystem that ties it together. The position will drive improvements through inventory analytics, automation, and emerging AI-enabled tools to improve demand accuracy, reduce material-driven schedule risk, and enable deployment scalability across a growing portfolio of concurrent projects.

Key job responsibilities
  • Develop the end-to-end material sequencing strategy, including demand forecasting, kitting priority logic, phased delivery cadence, and staging workflows aligned to BOM requirements and installation schedules across the site portfolio.
  • Coordinate with Supply Chain, Procurement, and Logistics teams to align vendor lead times, transportation plans, and delivery schedules with project milestones; identify and mitigate risks related to material availability, vendor performance, or shipping delays.
  • Own inventory visibility across sequencing centers and field sites through WMS platforms, maintaining real-time awareness of stock levels, material movement, and staging readiness.
  • Evaluate and implement inventory management and enterprise planning systems; own business requirements, operational workflow design, and user onboarding, partnering with IT on configuration and integration.
  • Design the material operations technology stack, including asset tracking (RFID/BLE), automated material delivery from staging to installation locations, and interoperability between inventory, tracking, and planning systems.
  • Manage material flow from sequencing centers to field sites, coordinating kitting, delivery frequency, transportation mode, and staging logistics aligned to crew deployment schedules.
  • Develop inventory standard work including receiving protocols, cycle counts, and material accountability frameworks.
  • Drive continuous improvement through analytics, AI-enabled forecasting, planning dashboards, and post-deployment material reviews.
Basic Qualifications
  • 5+ years of supply chain management, planning, strategic sourcing, commodity management or program management experience
  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, operations, engineering, analytics or related field
  • Experience managing and coordinating multiple projects simultaneously
  • 5+ years of experience with inventory management systems (WMS, ERP, or equivalent)
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree in engineering, mechanical, operations, supply chain, business administration, or equivalent STEM field
  • Experience in Lean Management, Six Sigma and other operations engineer tools
  • Experience in business analytics and reporting or demand forecasting
  • Experience with reporting and Data Visualization tools such as Quick Sight / Tableau / Power BI or other BI packages
  • Experience in construction, industrial installation, or large-scale equipment deployment environments
  • Experience implementing warehouse automation technologies (autonomous mobile robots, automated storage/retrieval, conveyor integration)
