The Integration Control Specialist is a key member of the Materials Management Team, responsible for assisting departments, customers, and vendors with issue resolution, including resolving discrepant invoices, validating unmatched receipts/invoices, and managing related processes. They work closely with personnel handling receipts, credit holds, add-on costs, matching issues, and units of measure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Resolve issues with Purchase Orders, including cost messages and invoice rejections.
  • Identify line mismatches and entry errors.
  • Respond proactively to inquiries, resolve discrepancies, and communicate with management.
  • Coordinate with vendors and departments to resolve invoice and receipt issues.
  • Support Supply Chain users and manage reports related to inventory and invoices.
  • Understand purchase order details, including UOM, pricing, and vendor billing, and execute necessary corrections.
  • Meet departmental metrics for aging requests and resolve invoice issues within 60 days.
  • Collaborate with the Supply Chain Information Systems team on system issues and updates.
  • Provide excellent customer service and build relationships with requestors and internal departments.

Minimum Requirements:

  • H.S. Diploma/GED.
  • At least 2 years of experience with supply chain processes.

Required Skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of Accounts Payable procedures.
  • Ability to work independently, communicate effectively, and adapt in a dynamic environment.
