Job summary

Everforth Apex is seeking an Integration Consultant to lead client engagements from pre-sales through go-live in Jersey City, NJ. You will manage project plans, coordinate onboarding, and ensure on-time delivery while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate has 6+ years of related experience, strong client-facing skills, and a preference for candidates with a Bachelor's degree. This is a full-time, on-site role in Jersey City with comprehensive benefits.

Integration Consultant

Location: Jersey City, New Jersey

Role Overview

The Integration Consultant works directly with clients and internal business partners to manage the implementation of a suite of products. This role serves as the primary point of contact for client engagements, managing a project plan and overseeing all onboarding activities from pre-sales through "go-live" to ensure targeted completion dates are achieved.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with clients to define and document project deliverables through requirements discussions and workflow analysis.
  • Manage client projects while partnering with internal resources to ensure all deliverables are met with timely and successful results.
  • Engage in multiple client projects simultaneously, serving as the business analyst and project manager for all.
  • Develop and document project details using standard templates (e.g., Project Plan, Business Requirements Document, Issues Log).
  • Lead regular project status meetings with clients and internal resources, including providing updates to senior management.
  • Monitor client progress during the initial production rollout and successfully hand over to production support teams.
  • Align risk and control processes into day-to-day responsibilities to monitor and mitigate risk, escalating as needed.
  • Make recommendations to Product Management for product enhancements identified during client engagements.
Required Qualifications
  • A minimum of 6 years of related experience.
  • Extensive client-facing experience with a proven ability to manage client expectations and concerns.
  • A Bachelor's degree is preferred, or equivalent experience.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in the Financial Services industry.
  • Understanding of the Institutional Trade Flow and Trade Processing business (e.g., STP).
  • Experience with business or application messaging systems and protocols such as FIX or SWIFT.
  • Experience working for a vendor in a client-facing capacity.
  • Knowledge of Financial Settlement and Clearance is a plus.
