Job summary

Faith Technologies Inc. in Menasha, WI, is seeking an Integration Analyst I to design, develop, and maintain integration solutions ensuring seamless data flow across enterprise applications.

You will work with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements, implement integration workflows, and manage APIs within APIM environments. Qualifications

  • Associate degree or equivalent in CS/Software/IS or related field.
  • 1–3 years in system integration, API development, or related role.
  • Experience managing APIM environments is a plus.
  • Experience with integration platforms (e.g., MuleSoft, Boomi, Celigo, Apache Camel).
  • Experience with API development (REST, SOAP), JSON and XML.
  • Knowledge of API Management platforms (Azure APIM, AWS API Gateway, Apigee).
  • Advanced SQL knowledge including queries, functions, and stored procedures.
  • Scripting experience (Python, JavaScript) for automation.
  • Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud) is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Designs and implements integration solutions using APIs, middleware, ETL tools, and custom scripts.
  • Develops, tests, and secures APIs (REST, SOAP) for cross-system communication.
  • Maintains and optimizes APIM environments including gateways and security settings.
  • Assists with database tasks: writing SQL queries, backups, and schema changes.
  • Documents integration processes, API specs, and APIM configurations.
  • Tests integrations, APIs, and DB operations to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
  • Collaborates with developers, DBAs, and analysts to support new integrations.
  • Identifies opportunities to improve integration performance and efficiency.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

The Integration Analyst I is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining integration solutions to ensure seamless data flow and system interoperability across enterprise applications. This role collaborates with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements, implement integration workflows, create and manage APIs, maintain the API Management (APIM) environment, and troubleshoot issues to support business operations.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
  • Education: Associate’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience: 1-3 years of experience in system integration, API development, or a related role.
  • Experience managing APIM environments a plus.
  • Experience in integration platforms (e.g., MuleSoft, Boomi, Celigo, Apache Camel, or similar).
  • Experience with API development (REST, SOAP), JSON, XML, and data transformation techniques.
  • Knowledge of API Management platforms (e.g., Azure APIM, AWS API Gateway, Apigee, or similar).
  • Advanced knowledge of SQL, including query optimization, functions, and stored procedures.
  • Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript) for automation.
  • Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) is a plus.

Travel: 0-10% Work Schedule: This position works between the hours of 7 AM and 5 PM, Monday- Friday. However, work may be performed at any time on any day of the week to meet business needs.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Develops and implements integration solutions using APIs, middleware, ETL tools, and custom scripts to connect disparate systems.
  • Designs, develops, and tests APIs (REST, SOAP) to enable secure and efficient communication between systems and applications.
  • Maintains and optimizes the API Management (APIM) environment, including configuring gateways, policies, and security settings to ensure performance and compliance.
  • Acts as a backup for the DBA, performing tasks such as writing and optimizing SQL queries, managing database performance, and assisting with backups, restores, and schema changes.
  • Diagnoses and resolves integration, API, and database-related issues, providing timely support to minimize operational disruptions.
  • Creates and maintains detailed documentation for integration processes, API specifications and APIM configurations.
  • Conducts testing of integration solutions, APIs, and database operations to ensure data accuracy, security, and compliance with specifications.
  • Works with developers, system administrators, DBAs, and business analysts to support system enhancements, API deployments and new integrations.
  • Identifies opportunities to optimize integration processes, API performance, APIM operations, and database efficiency, implementing best practices.
  • Performs other related duties as required and assigned.
