Integration Architect – Expertise in Integration Systems

Location: New York, NY (Onsite, Work from Office)

Contract Length: 6 months

We are looking for an experienced Integration Architect to lead design and delivery of scalable, low-latency, highly available integrated systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and deliver high-performance integrated systems (including low-latency trading)
• Design and build REST APIs for seamless integration
• Apply expertise in messaging platforms (AMQ, Kafka)
• Work with SQL/NoSQL databases (Postgres, MySQL) in integrated environments
• Monitor and optimize application and database performance
• Support trading and backend systems across asset classes
• Build automated tests and CI/CD pipelines
• Lead and mentor engineering teams on integration solutions
• Assist non-technical users with integrated systems

Required Skills

• 10+ years in software engineering, strong integration focus (Java/Python/Go)
• 5+ years fintech/capital markets or SaaS experience with integration exposure
• Strong REST API, messaging, and database skills
• Test-Driven Development and automated testing experience
• Familiar with CI/CD (Jenkins, Git), Agile/Scrum, Unix/Linux
• Experience building highly available 24×7 integrated systems
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
