Integration Analyst

Full-time | Remote | USC or GC Holder

We’re seeking an experienced MS BizTalk Analyst to support a key integration effort within a dual-platform environment. The organization is currently running both legacy and modern integration tools and is in the process of transitioning from BizTalk to a cloud-based solution. This role will focus primarily on supporting and stabilizing BizTalk integrations while contributing to the long-term migration strategy. Familiarity with Boomi or similar iPaaS tools is a plus as the team moves toward a modern integration landscape.

Key Responsibilities

• Stabilize and support the legacy integration layer
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize existing Microsoft BizTalk Server solutions that connect multiple line-of-business applications.
• Drive the migration to Boomi
• Assess current BizTalk interfaces, map requirements, and build or refactor integrations in Boomi to align with the target architecture.
• Create migration plans, cut-over checklists, and rollback strategies to ensure zero-defect hand-offs.
• Enable the upcoming ERP rollout
• Partner with ERP, finance, and operations teams to design Boomi integrations that will feed Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (go-live targeted for August, U.S. operations).
• Validate data mappings and message flows between Boomi and D365 F&O environments during testing cycles.
• Document, test, and continuously improve
• Produce clear technical documentation, test cases, and operational run-books.
• Recommend best practices for middleware governance, monitoring, and disaster recovery.
• Collaborate across IT and business units
• Serve as the go-to subject-matter expert for integration questions, translating business needs into technical solutions and vice versa.

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years hands-on experience developing and supporting Microsoft BizTalk Server solutions (or equivalent depth of knowledge).
• Exposure to Boomi (development, support, or formal training) or another leading iPaaS and willingness to upskill quickly.
• Solid grasp of EAI/EII patterns, XML/JSON, web services (REST/SOAP), and message queuing.
• Proven track record troubleshooting complex, multi-system integrations in production.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work closely with functional and technical stakeholders.

Preferred / Nice-to-Have

• Experience integrating with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations or other mid-market ERPs.
• Prior involvement in platform-transition or legacy-modernization projects with aggressive timelines.
• Familiarity with Azure services (Logic Apps, Service Bus) or other cloud integration components.
• Scripting or automation skills (PowerShell, Python, etc.) to streamline deployment and monitoring tasks.
