Job summary

The Office of the Indiana Attorney General is seeking an Integration Analyst to unify frontline IT support with Salesforce platform enhancements to streamline processes and improve service delivery.

You will configure Salesforce features, support CI/CD practices, design integrations and automations between enterprise systems, translate requirements into technical solutions, and collaborate with help desk teams to improve documentation and dashboards.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT experience across support, automation and software development.
• Experience with Salesforce administration or development.
• Knowledge of integrations and REST/SOAP APIs, plus release management.
• Experience with ServiceNow.
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.

Minimum Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience across IT support, automation, and software development.


• Experience with Salesforce administration or development.


• Understanding of integrations, REST/SOAP APIs, and release management.


• Experience working with ServiceNow.


• Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Salesforce Administrator or Platform App Builder certification.


• ServiceNow CSA or ITIL Foundation certification.


• CI/CD pipeline experience with Git.


• Scripting experience such as Python or PowerShell.
