Job summary

Hitachi Energy in Bland, Virginia is seeking an Integrated Transformation Systems Leader to drive continuous improvement across our focus factory. You will champion waste elimination, boost safety, quality, delivery, and cost efficiency while guiding cross-functional teams.

You’ll deploy ITM tools, lead kaizen events, train staff, and translate strategic goals into actionable projects. This role requires a 5+ year track record in manufacturing or operations and the ability to influence at all

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Business, or related field.
5+ years of experience in manufacturing, engineering, quality, materials, or process improvement.
Authorization to work in the United States and/or Canada.
Lean or Six Sigma training/certification preferred.
Proven record of delivering measurable performance improvements.

Responsibilities

Champion a continuous improvement culture focused on waste elimination.
Lead and mature ITM deployment activities across the Factory.
Facilitate kaizen events aligned to Safety, Quality, Delivery, Inventory, and Cost.
Train, coach, and develop teams on ITM tools and methods.
Lead Cost-out projects and guide others through successful execution.
Collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
Communicate clearly and influence at all organizational levels.
