VSC Fire & Security, Inc. in Mobile, Alabama seeks an Integrated Systems Manager to lead the Integrated Systems department, grow the client base, and negotiate contracts.

The successful candidate will oversee projects across Fire Alarm, Intrusion, Access Control, CCTV, and Networking systems while ensuring safety and compliance. Seven to ten years of experience with commercial integrated systems, licensure as required, and strong management, budgeting, and negotiation skills are essential for

Qualifications

• Seven to ten years of experience installing commercial construction integrated systems.
• State or local licensure where required.
• Experience hiring, training, disciplining, and terminating field employees.
• Demonstrated knowledge of NFPA, regulatory standards, and state/local codes.
• Skilled in management, inventory, budgeting, scheduling, and contract/services negotiation.
• Monitor and enforce safety policies and procedures.
• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
• Ability to pass various background checks where required.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license for company vehicle use.

Responsibilities

• Work with clients to resolve scope disagreements tactfully and effectively.
• Contact clients to discuss delinquent payments and resolve issues.
• Visit sites to monitor progress and ensure contractual commitments are met.
• Meet with client base to maintain relationships and promote new business.
• Follow up on leads and expand services and offerings.
• Prepare proposals and estimates for new and established customers.
• Plan and monitor job costs and profitability of contracted work.
• Train, coach and develop staff; oversee daily assignments.
• Ensure work orders are ready for invoicing within three days.
