Job Title: Executive Leader – Integrated Systems / Low Voltage Division

Location: Midwest (Full Relocation + Travel Flexibility)

A leading national electrical contractor is building a new Integrated Systems division—and we’re hiring the executive leader to build and scale it.

You’ll launch and lead this group from the ground up, with full responsibility across:

• Low Voltage + Technology Delivery (Structured Cabling, A/V, DAS, Security)
• Operations and Field Execution
• Business Development and Client Interface
• Strategic Planning and P&L Oversight

This is a foundational executive role with direct reporting into senior leadership. Full support is behind the division—including funding, estimating, and access to a wide client base in healthcare, mission-critical, commercial, and industrial markets.

Compensation:

• Vehicle Allowance: $1,400/month
• Relocation: Up to $25K
