  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of profitable national projects.
  • Establish accountability and performance standards across project teams.
  • Make strategic decisions regarding staffing, resources, and project investments.
  • Develop a strong leadership bench capable of supporting continued business growth.
What You'll Do:

As Division Manager, you'll lead the National Projects Group, driving operational excellence, profitable growth, and successful delivery across a diverse portfolio of large-scale electrical construction projects.

  • Own Financial Performance: Manage division-wide P&L, revenue, margins, overhead, cash flow, and financial forecasting to ensure projects and the division meet performance targets.
  • Oversee Major Project Delivery: Direct projects from preconstruction, estimating coordination, and mobilization through construction, commissioning, closeout, and final collection.
  • Drive National Project Execution: Coordinate manpower, traveling labor, field supervision, equipment, and mobilization across multiple regions and project sites.
  • Build Strategic Partnerships: Develop and maintain relationships with national clients, general contractors, and project partners to secure repeat business and profitable opportunities.
  • Develop Leadership Talent: Recruit, mentor, and retain high-performing project managers and field leaders while establishing performance expectations, succession plans, and accountability.
  • Ensure Operational Excellence: Maintain high standards for safety, scheduling, quality, contract compliance, resource planning, and project execution.
  • Performance Bonus: Eligible for bonuses based on project profitability, with potential earnings up to $300,000 annually!
  • Vehicle Allowance: Up to $1,200 per month
  • Work Arrangement: Remote, with nationwide travel of up to 50%, depending on project performance and needs
  • Health, Dental & Vision: Available after 90 days, with a potential weekly allowance to help offset COBRA costs during the waiting period
