Qualifications

• Electronics A.S. degree or HS diploma with 4+ years in a related field.
• Strong ability to read electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.
• Systems thinking—how subcomponents interact within larger integrated builds.
• Soldering capability aligned to J-STD-001 practices.
• Hands-on with DMMs, hi-pot testers, oscilloscopes, bench power supplies, and calipers.
• PLCs: Siemens, B&R Industrial Automation.

Responsibilities

• Recondition and rebuild outage-support platforms; prepare them for reliable operation.
• Set up, operate, and maintain integrated systems at customer sites.
• Plan for 30–50% travel to support outages and urgent field assignments.
• Translate system packages into purchase requisitions and coordinate priorities with leadership.
• Fabricate, inspect, test, and peer-review subassemblies and full integrations to CAD and electrical schematics.
• Provide guidance and coaching to Level I and peer technicians.
