Job summary

Vallen Distribution is seeking an Integrated Supply Site Manager to lead onsite teams delivering integrated supply solutions at the customer location. You will guide hiring, coaching, and policy enforcement to drive growth and profitability.

The role requires strong leadership, staff management, and a track record in building customer relationships, with a focus on cost savings and P&L accountability. You will ensure timely payments and adherence to safety and company procedures.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of outside or inside experience in supply chain management or related industries.
• 2+ years of staff management or team leadership experience preferred.
• Strong ability to develop and cultivate customer relationships.
• Mechanical aptitude with knowledge of applying Vallen products to cost savings.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to onsite customer teams delivering Integrated Supply solutions.
• Manage P&L and ensure site meets budgeted goals and profitability.
• Drive contractual commitments and customer cost savings at the local site.
• Demonstrate urgency in customer service to external and internal customers.
• Ensure local customer payments align with contractual terms.
