OverviewThe Integrated Supply Chain Operations Manager is responsible for leading the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the management operating system supporting the Integrated Supply Chain organization. This role will be responsible for establishing governance frameworks, standardizing processes, policies, procedures, and training programs to drive operational discipline and performance excellence across supply chain functions.
ResponsibilitiesKEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- MOS Framework Ownership: Design, implement, and maintain the Integrated Supply Chain Management Operating System, ensuring alignment with business objectives and operational best practices. Establish governance routines, performance reviews, escalation protocols, and continuous improvement processes.
- Process, Policy & Procedure Management: Develop, document, and standardize operational processes, policies, and procedures across supply chain disciplines (procurement, planning, manufacturing, logistics, inventory management, etc.) across all sites. Ensure alignment and compliance with corporate policies, regulatory requirements, and operational best practices. Lead regular reviews and updates of MOS documentation to maintain relevance and effectiveness.
- Performance Management & Reporting: Define and monitor key supply chain KPIs and operational metrics within the MOS framework. Coordinate management review processes and reporting cycles to drive operational accountability. Identify trends and lead corrective action planning where needed.
- Training & Capability Development: Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for integrated supply chain team members and leadership to ensure effective adoption and consistent execution of the MOS. Conduct training needs analyses and design role-specific and function-specific learning modules. Track and report training completion and competency development metrics.
- Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of operational excellence through structured problem-solving, lean methodologies, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Change Management: Manage change control processes for MOS updates and enhancements. Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to drive operational efficiencies and process optimization.
QualificationsQUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Business Administration (Bachelor's degree), Supply Chain Management (Bachelor's degree), Business Operations (Bachelor's degree)
- Minimum ten (10) years of experience in Supply Chain Business Operations.
- (14) years of experience may be considered in lieu of a Bachelors Degree
- (8) years of experience may be considered w/ a Masters Degree.
- (5) years of experience may be considered w/a PhD.
- Strong in MS Office Platform, familarity with ERP systems i.e. (Epicor or Infor)
- Prior experience managing a Management Operating System or equivalent operational governance framework is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated competence in FAR/DFARs or other Government regulations, including CPSR
- Strong understanding of integrated supply chain processes and performance management systems.
- Experience with documentation management systems and ERP platforms (SAP, Oracle, etc.).
- Proficiency in process mapping tools and continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.).
- Exceptional organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Effective facilitator and trainer with the ability to influence at all organizational levels.
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or higher certification preferred.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
- This position requires access to technology, materials, software or hardware that is controlled by either ITAR or EAR U.S. export laws. As a condition to this job offer, in order to be employed in this position, you must be able to obtain an U.S. Government export license(s), as required by law.
- Pay Range: $100,000 - $125,000 annually. Applicable pay within the posted range may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, geographical location, job function of the position, education, and experience of the successful candidate.
