Casa Esperanza, Inc.’s Conexiones ATS/CSS program seeks a qualified counselor to educate, assess, and support clients with co-occurring disorders. Working within an integrated care team, you’ll coordinate services and use evidence-based practices to determine appropriate treatment levels.

Qualifications

• Requires CAC/CADC/LADC or LADC-II certification.
• Minimum 5 years experience in substance use therapy.
• Ability to relate to diverse patient populations.

Responsibilities

• Greet new clients and establish orientation/appointments.
• Serve as primary counselor and liaison with collaborators.
• Provide compassionate care in a culturally responsive manner.
• Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and ASAM-based recommendations.
• Support case management and discharge planning.
